| Vinification/Aging |
The two varieties are harvested and vinified separately. Pre-fermentation maceration is followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. |

Light yellow-green. Pear, melon and apricot, with tropical notes of mango and banana. A combination of the green Sauvignon Blanc aromas and of the fruity character of the indigenous Roditis with a long fruity aftertaste. |
